What, Why & How to Read at University, Smart Strategies for First Years

Duration: 30 minutes
Location: i-Zone, Glucksman Library

Got a reading list from your lecturer but no idea where to start? You’re not alone—and this quick online session is here to help.

In just 30 minutes, you’ll learn how to:

  • Use Leganto, the reading list tool in Brightspace
  • Find the books and articles your lecturers actually want you to read
  • Search the library catalogue like a pro (and save time doing it)
  • Get some reading tips
  • Find out what you can do with that list of recommended readings when you have an assignment to do and need a reference list

Facilitated by Jesse Waters, Digital Learning Resources Librarian.
