Looking to learn a new skill? Maybe relieve some stress as we get closer to the end of term?
The Library Makerspace is hosting a series of free wellbeing beginners ‘hands-on’ Crochet Workshops for students and staff in room location GL0-068
The sessions will cover:
- what type of crochet hook & wool to use
- how to chain, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet
- how to create a Granny Square
Starting Thursday 24th October, this is a relaxed ‘work at your own pace’ drop in series of 6 (free) workshops - your registration will sign you up for the full course.
There is no pressure to attend the whole session or every session - drop in for one, or drop in for all
Crochet hooks are available to borrow for the class, and wool will be supplied, but please feel free to bring your own hook & wool if you prefer.
Spaces are limited so please register in advance.
