Ableton is a program that allows anyone to create music, whether or not they have studied music before or have even played an instrument. It offers a range of tools and premade chord templates and drum loops that allow you to create music without needing to understand the theory behind it.
Bring along your laptop with the free-trial of Ableton Live installed, and a pair of headphones.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Use the tools available to create music based on your own likes and creative intentions.
- Import and export audio files to and from Ableton in different formats.
- Add effects to individual tracks to create truly unique sounds.
This workshop is perfect for people who are interested in expanding their music creation horizons or those who simply want to try their hand at a new creative endeavour.
