Tips on using library databases, ERIC, Social Sciences Premium Collection & Humanities Index

During this session, the trainer will be looking at literature searching in Education and Social Sciences content in the University of Limerick's ProQuest resources.

By the end of this session, you will be able to: 

  • Perform Basic and Advanced searches on the ProQuest Platform
  • Navigate the results page to successfully refine, discover, and extract meaningful content
  • Recognize the different document views and corresponding tools for a variety of document formats
  • Recall your session search history and selected items

This training will be provided by Mr. Ali Nazari-Nouri. Ali is a Customer Education Trainer with global research database provider Proquest. Ali has worked with Proquest since 2010 and provides training to academics, library staff and researchers at leading Universities in Ireland and the UK.
