Taking good notes in a lecture is fundamental to good recall and subsequent learning. There are notetaking techniques we will introduce to you and we’ll give you some tips for before, during and after the class relating to notetaking. We will have a student in attendance too to share with you some tips on using their preferred tool for notetaking.

Michelle Breen is the Head of Learning & Engagement in the Glucksman Library. Along with Margaret (Mags) Phelan, the library's Digital Learning Specialist, and colleagues Angelica Risquez and David Moloney from CTL, Treasa Cunneen from ITD and Mary-Claire Kennedy and Fionn McGrath from the Academic Integrity Unit, we are bringing this Let's Talk GENAI course to UL staff in May.
